Keep Your Goals To Yourself

There is a bigger point here in addition to this research. Your goals in relation to your customer makes your focus about you, not the people you need to serve. Kill the annual fund calls that outline what the school's goal is. How would you like to hear the car salesman welcome you into the dealership like: "Hey so great to see you. I need to sell 10 more cars this month" That is so not about the customer.
